In an effort to support our local history, we have listed several of our neighboring Museums. The SVMA and the Sumpter Municipal Museum have worked together with these institutions to develop ideas and exhibits, which tell the fascinating history of Grant, Baker, and Union Counties in Eastern Oregon.
If you are a history buff and you enjoy traveling to near-by or far-away places while learning the history of the areas you visit, these links will be informative and entertaining.
